**Engagement or Boudoir sessions that come with a package must be within 75 miles of Cincinnati, OH to be included in package (Available for additional fees outside of 75mi Cincinnati, OH radius. Please ask for details). All wedding packages are customizable and any changes to original packages will be agreed upon in writing between both the client(s) and the company of LeDuc Photography on addendum form. Wedding deposits is 50% of agreed hourly total price, or $500.00 for Diamond/ $750 Champagne packages. Engagement/Boudoir Sessions provided as part of Diamond/Champagne package contract not paid in full is subject to hourly/Session rate for total time of provided photo shoot plus any additional contracted fees. All deposits are non refundable and must be collected at the time of scheduling. All remaining balances must be paid in full on day of the scheduled event prior to photography services beginning. In the case of a wedding cancellation (not by LeDuc Photography) all received funds will be retained by LeDuc Photography. If the company of LeDuc Photography is unable to fulfill a scheduled commitment due to illness or an unforeseen tragedy, ALL FUNDS (to include deposit) will be returned to the client.**
